So Dozier paid $3.99 for the piece and brought it home.
Fast forward to this past January, when the mom of three was in Mexico for business.

Per their instructions, Dozier sent photos and dimensions of the vase to the Mexican embassy.
Dozier was more than happy to return the vessel.
