Make Brown Butter Cake through Step 3.

Spray 3 (12-cup) muffin trays with baking spray; line with paper liners.
Spoon about 3 tablespoons batter into each liner.
Let cupcakes cool in trays on wire racks 10 minutes.
Remove from trays, and let cool completely on wire racks, about 1 hour.
Repeat with remaining tray.
Pipe frosting over tops of cupcakes (about 2 1/2 tablespoons each).
Garnish with candy leaves, bay leaves, and dragees.
Remove dragees and bay leaves before eating.
