What Is Vermouth?

Simply put, vermouth is a fortified wine that is flavored with botanicals.

An upside-down martini traditionally uses dry vermouth.

Dolin dry is a popular brand for use in martinis and is generally easy to find.

For a slightly sweeter flavor, you might want to try using a blanc vermouth.

Just like a bottle of wine, vermouth doesnt last forever once opened.

Store in the refrigerator to keep it tasting as fresh as possible for as long as possible.
