To me, the best part of the recipe is how easy it is to prepare.
Ingredients
1(3 oz.)
pkg.lemon gelatin
1(3 oz.)
pkg.lime gelatin
24regular-sizemarshmallows
3cupsboilingwater
6oz.cream cheese, softened
2Tbsp.vinegar
1(20 oz.)
Pour 3 cups of boiling water over the gelatin mixture, stirring until melted and gelatins are dissolved.
In another bowl, blend cream cheese and vinegar until smooth.
Add crushed pineapple with juice to bowl, and blend thoroughly.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Chill until mold is set.
