If you dont eat meat, thats okay too.

Try adding smoked paprika along with the other spices in the recipeit will add extra depth of flavor.

(Which is when it tastes even better.)

Andouille sausage gives it a nice spicy kick, and a slow cooker makes it practically hands-free.
