2peaches, unpeeled, pitted, and cut into 1-in.

Blend on high speed until completely smooth.

Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use; up to 4 days.
Prepare the cocktail:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
Pour chile-lime seasoning onto a plate and dip the rim of the glass in the seasoning to coat.
Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a peach slice and serve immediately.
