Stir in a shot of bourbon or don’t: that’s up to you.
It’s bright, sweet, and refreshingan iced tea all Southerners would approve of.
Add mint herbal tea bags.
Steep until cooled to room temperature, about 1 hour.
Strain into a pitcher, and stir in bourbon and lemon slices.
Serve over crushed ice, and garnish with additional fresh mint.
