Ingredients
1lb.uncooked orzo
1/3cupbasil pesto
2Tbsp.extra-virgin olive oil
2tsp.grated lemon zest plus 2 Tbsp.
fresh juice (from 1 lemon)
1(15-oz.)
Let stand 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with pistachios and remaining 1/2 cup feta.
