Tossed with a three-ingredient spice blend, they are smoky, spicy, crispy, and delicious.

Spread chips in an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until chips are warm and slightly shiny, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together paprika, sugar, and pepper in a small bowl.
Remove chips from oven; immediately sprinkle evenly with paprika mixture, tossing until evenly coated.
Season with salt to taste.
