Sweet, tender roasted radishes are a perfect side dish.
As a matter of fact, roasted radishes take on a completely different flavor profile.
These roasted radishes are fork-tender, slightly sweet, and beautifully herbaceous.

They add a little splash of color to the table as a side dish.
Ingredients
2(8 oz.
Trim radishes; reserve greens.
Cut radishes in half lengthwise.
Wash and dry greens, discarding any yellowed or wilted leaves; set aside.
Roast in preheated oven until starting to soften, 10 minutes.
Open oven, and quickly scatter butter, thyme, and garlic over top.
Continue roasting until radishes are tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl; serve hot.
