Ingredients
4(6- to 8-oz.)
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
Add apples and onion to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes or until browned.
Remove skillet from heat, and stir in bourbon.
Add pork, turning to coat, and top with apples, onions, and thyme.
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes or until liquid is just beginning to bubble.
Let stand in skillet 5 minutes before serving.
