Take advantage of citrus season with this Satsuma Paloma, a fresh spin on a classic cocktail.
Ingredients
4tsp.granulated sugar
1Tbsp.kosher salt
1/2tsp.chili powder
1/4cup(2 oz.
)blanco tequila(such as Casamigos)
1/4cupfresh satsuma juice(from 2 medium [7 oz.

Cover and shake until mixed and thoroughly chilled, 15 to 30 seconds.
Strain into prepared glass; top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a satsuma slice.
