According to Random House,Presley asked for Keoughs help finishing the long-gestating memoirprior to her unexpected death.
Keough listened to countless hours of tape Presley had recorded to finish the book.
“This is one of the biggest privileges of the whole thing,” she said.
“Not everyone has a book to read about their grandparents.
Thats unique to our family.
And its really a gift.
Its funny because we picked her name before the Elvis movie, Keough explained.
I was like, Oh, no.
