Select bunches with fresh-looking leaves.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended, about 1 minute.
Add oil; beat until creamy and blended, about 20 seconds.
Transfer butter mixture to a small serving bowl, and sprinkle with salt.
Serve butter with radishes and baguette slices.
