Ingredients
1Tbsp.vegetable oil
2garlic cloves, finely chopped (about 2 tsp.)
1/4tsp.crushed red pepper
1/4tsp.ground ginger
1(14 1/2-oz.)
Remove from heat; let cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spread aioli evenly over tops and bottoms of buns.
Divide pork tenderloin slices among bottoms of buns, and sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and arugula.
Cover with tops of buns.
Aioli can be made up to 1 week in advance; store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
