Like salt, pepper on cantaloupe and watermelon is a wonderful way to extract more flavor.
Being not much of a cantaloupe fan myself, I figured it couldnt hurt to try.
Ingredients
2cupsseeded and cubed watermelon(from 1 [3-lb.]

2cupscubed cantaloupe(from 1 [3-lb.]
Sprinkle with black pepper and Aleppo pepper; drizzle with vinegar and honey.
Toss gently to combine.
