A cheeky cocktail for the Christmas season.

Garnish each glass with a pretty, paper-thin slice of red-skinned pear and a sprig of thyme.

Fill with ice cubes, and gently stir mixture until well combined and chilled, about 30 seconds.

Partridge In A Pear Tree Cocktail

Pour mixture through a cocktail strainer into a rocks glass.

Place slice upright inside the rocks glass, and add one large ice cube.

Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
