small pasta shells or orecchiette
2Tbsp.olive oil, divided
1(16-oz.)pkg.
Add pasta; cook according to package directions for al dente.
Reserve 1 cup cooking water; drain pasta.
Crumble sausage into skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 8 minutes.
Transfer sausage to a plate; reserve drippings in skillet.
Cook, stirring often, until greens are wilted, about 3 minutes.
Add cream; bring to a simmer over medium.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and saucy, about 4 minutes.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with additional salt, black pepper, and Parmesan, if desired.
