Pumpkins are easy to put to use once the fall season arrives.

Once the pulp is out, use your fingers to separate the seeds from the pulp.
Place the seeds in a bowl and discard the pulp into the trash.
Remove the seeds immediately and place them on a paper towel to dry completely overnight.
They should be arranged in a single layer and not overlapping so all the water can evaporate.
