Reheating a baked potato in the oven helps keep the potatoes from drying.

Preheat the oven to 350F and take the potatoes out of the fridge to reach room temperature.

Add a little olive oil to a skillet over medium-low.

Cut the potatoes in half and put the cut sides in the pan.

Cover with a lid and cook for three to four minutes.
