Okay, this is a very personal experience.
They filled the woods behind our house with blossoms every spring, but no more.
One by one, all those dogwoods died, victims of drought, disease and heat.
And so, what changed?
Well, the climate.
Spring starts earlier now, fall lasts longer and summer is hotter.
