Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, aluminum foil, or silicone baking mats.

Stir together oats, coconut, pecans, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
Add cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and black pepper; stir until combined.
Stir together honey and coconut oil in a microwavable liquid measuring glass.
Heat on MEDIUM (50% power) until honey is runny, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Remove from microwave; whisk until combined.
Pour over oat mixture in bowl.
Stir together thoroughly until combined.
Let cool completely on baking sheets, about 45 minutes.
Serve with orange segments and yogurt.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
