The re-opening of the Inn isnt the only good news to share.
The competition has been held at The Omni Grove Park Inn since back in 1992.
After the storm, though, the hotel wasforced to cancelwhat would have been the 32nd annualgingerbread-house-building contest.
The good news is that the Inn announced that while the contest is off, the fun isn’t.
They are reimagining the competition as the Gingerbread Trail of Giving.
Now all the hotel needs is guests.
