Sweet cereal becomes an even sweeter dessert.
As with all Bundts, its important to grease the pan properly for a clean release.
Coat a 10- to 12-cup Bundt pan with baking spray.

Whisk together flour and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Reduce mixer speed to low.
Using a spatula, fold in crushed cereal.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Remove from oven, and let cool in pan 20 minutes.
Invert cake onto a wire rack; let cool completely, about 1 hour.
Prepare the Glaze: Stir together milk and cereal in a medium bowl; let stand 30 minutes.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a separate medium bowl, and discard solids.
Gradually whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
