This refreshing fennel and orange salad is built on a bed of chard and collard greens with nutty Parmesan.
Gradually add oil in a thin, steady stream, whisking until smooth and combined.
Add collard greens, chard, and fennel to vinegar mixture in bowl.

Massage greens-and-vinegar mixture with clean hands until greens are wilted and softened, 1 to 2 minutes.
