We’ve tested and retested this pie crust recipe so that you’ll always get a wonderfully crisp crust.
But here’s the thing about crumb crusts: They’re a little imperfect.
Keep extra butter and crumbs on hand until you get the right texture.
You’ll know you’re there when the mixture holds together when squeezed.
Stir in 3 Tbsp.
melted butter, adding additional butter, 1 Tbsp.

For no-bake crust: Freeze 30 minutes to 1 hour or while preparing fillings.
For baked piecrusts, preheat oven to 325F.
Bake crust 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
