For a fun variation, use a goat cheese brie.
Ingredients
1(7-oz.
)brie round, rind removed
24frozen mini phyllo pastry shells (from 2 [1.9-oz.]

1/2cupwhole-berry cranberry sauce (from 1 [14-oz.]
can)
1/3cuproasted, salted pistachios, chopped (about 1 1/2 oz.)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut brie into 24 small pieces.
Arrange phyllo shells on a rimmed baking sheet; place 1 brie piece in each phyllo shell.
Top each shell with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce; sprinkle evenly with pistachios.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 6 minutes.
