The time before opening is a lot of controlled chaos!
So starting the day earlier might benefit a few customers, but not so much the employees.
This means ensuring they can have a regular schedule and a healthy work-life balance.
Many Costco warehouses will let you in the door a few minutes early if you’re waiting outside.
