Warm and toasty cinnamon flavor in a simply irresistible pie.
Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
Stir in melted butter, and toss evenly to coat.

Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
Freeze until crust is firm, about 15 minutes.
Strain cereal-milk mixture into a medium saucepan; discard solids.
Meanwhile, whisk together egg yolks and cornstarch in a large heatproof bowl until smooth.
Pour mixture back into saucepan.
Cook over medium, whisking constantly, until mixture begins to boil.
Continue cooking, whisking constantly, until consistency resembles thick pudding, about 30 seconds.
Remove from heat, and stir in cold butter and vanilla extract.
Strain into prepared piecrust; discard solids.
Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto surface of pie.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
Top pie with whipped cream and additional cereal before serving.
