A buttery, sweet batter is topped with a layer ofripe bananasand a generous sprinkling of pecan-oat streusel.

Freeze for longer storage.

Warm lightly in a hot oven or toaster before serving.

Stir in oats and chopped pecans; set aside.

Pour batter into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.

Top with banana slices, and sprinkle with streusel.

Bake cobbler:

Bake at 375F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve with ice cream.
