The perfect slice for fall breakfasts.
Only requiring 10 minutes of hands-on time, this apple bread is easy to throw together.
Firm apples like Granny Smith and Honeycrisp are great for baking because they retain their texture.

Gala and Fuji apples would also work well.
How To Make Apple Bread
Quick breads are beloved for how easy they are to make.
There’s no need to wait for a batter to rise, and there’s no fancy equipment needed.
Freeze slices individually wrapped up to 3 months.
Thaw at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before eating.
Grease and line a standard-size loaf pan with parchment paper.
Whisk vigorously until mixture is completely homogenous.
Add dry ingredients and whisk gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in apple pieces.
Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired.
