Great news for those missing ‘Yellowstone.’
Larry McMurtrys beloved Western novel,Lonesome Dove, is once again being adapted for the screen.
Novelist McMurtry was born in Archer City,Texas, and died there in 2021.

This new deal,according toThe Hollywood Reporter,was made with McMurtrys estate and covers film and television.
This will not be the first time the books were brought to the screen.
That series earned multiple awards, including several Emmys and Golden Globes wins.
