You cant slack on these days off its too difficult to recover from them.

Without proper REM sleep, your brain gets cluttered.

Time management is about getting the most out of every single minute you dedicate to a task.

Lacking good sleep could hinder that!

Going hand-in-hand with that, all-nighters are definitely not a good idea.

To avoid this, break up your studying to focus on one specific section at a time.

Remember to put yourself first during busy periods.

That means if youre tired of studying at 2 a.m. and want to sleep, then sleep.

Probably not as good as youd like.

It always seems like an uphill battle to build (and keep) a decent amount in savings.
